Some babies carry a story that’s woven long before they ever arrive.

This sweet little girl is one of those babies.

I’ve known Brittany and her husband Tyler for years, and photographing their newborn daughter felt especially meaningful. I had the honor of photographing their wedding back in 2020, and from the very beginning, Brittany has been someone with a gentle spirit and deep faith. Being invited to document this next chapter of their lives—after all they’ve walked through—was truly an honor.
Brittany shared that this pregnancy came after two miscarriages over the past three years. “This journey was difficult but so worth it,” she wrote. With that history came understandable fear. “I was full of anxiety this season of pregnancy. I was worried that it would happen again.”
Alongside the emotional weight, Brittany endured physical challenges as well. “I also dealt with morning sickness for seven months,” she shared. Yet through it all, her faith remained steady. “Jesus helped me through it and gave us our rainbow baby.”
What made this pregnancy especially meaningful was a dream Brittany had years ago—one that carried her through seasons of waiting. “God gave me a dream three years ago letting me know that my womb was healed and I would be fruitful,” she wrote. “That dream gave me hope through this season of pregnancy.”
“God gave me a dream three years ago letting me know that my womb was healed and I would be fruitful,” she wrote. “That dream gave me hope through this season of pregnancy.”
As Brittany got closer to meeting her baby, her emotions were a mix of nerves and joy. “I was nervous but so excited,” she shared. “The miracle we were praying for was finally coming.” And then, just a couple of weeks earlier than expected, her miracle arrived—perfect and right on time.

When Brittany imagined life with her newborn, what excited her most was simple and sweet: “I was most excited about the thought of having a ‘mini-me.’” And after spending time with her baby during the session, it’s clear—this little girl already has a personality of her own.

During her newborn session, Brittany was surprised by the experience itself. “I was so surprised to see how professional Andrea was! She did great with keeping my little girl calm,” she wrote. One of the most memorable parts for her was seeing the care that goes into each moment. “Actually seeing what happens behind the scenes was incredible. Andrea was so sweet and gentle with my baby.”
When Brittany saw her newborn’s images for the first time, the emotions hit immediately. “It made me emotional,” she shared. “Andrea captured an incredible moment.” When asked if there was a single image that stood out most, her answer was simple and heartfelt: “Each photo touched my heart! There is no way I can choose a favorite.”

She described her baby in just a few words:
Peaceful. Loving. A little sassy.
And when asked to sum up the entire experience in one sentence, Brittany wrote:
“An incredible experience that captured the most precious season of our little miracle.”
Most of all, Brittany hopes that one day, when her daughter looks back at these images, she will know one thing:
“She’s the most precious thing on Earth.”

A Note From My Studio 🤍
My newborn studio is located in Parachute, Colorado—right between Glenwood Springs and Grand Junction—and I proudly serve families across the Western Slope of Colorado.
I’ve been photographing newborns for over six years. Every detail here is thoughtfully prepared—from wraps and outfits to bows and headbands—so parents can truly relax and enjoy the experience. You don’t need to bring a thing; everything is provided.
I’ve spent years investing in education, safety, and creating a warm, peaceful environment where babies are handled gently and parents feel cared for. Sessions like Brittany’s are the reason I love what I do—preserving stories of faith, resilience, answered prayers, and overwhelming love.
If you are expecting and considering newborn photos, I encourage you to reach out early. These first days pass more quickly than we ever imagine and preserving them is a gift your; treasure long after the season has passed.
And heres a few Christmas pictues I caught as well!
