Grand Junction Senior Photography

Writer: Andrea HawkinsAndrea Hawkins

Clare absolutely killed her senior photo session in Grand Junction. She shot at River Bend Park with the beautiful view of Garfield Mountain. I love shooting at this park. It has a huge grass area with a tree that fell over making a pretty place to perch for pictures.

Clare came dressed casual and had a serious model vibe for her shoot. And check out that view!

For seniors, I like to focus on creating an atmosphere where you can really let your personality shine. Clare is a serious lady who is actually graduating a year early.

I love making these senior sessions fun and special. It's always an adventure making unique and beautiful photos for a special time in my senior client's lives.

A first birthday cake smash session isn’t just about capturing your little one’s milestone—it’s also the perfect time to update your family portrait. As your child grows, your family evolves too, and these moments are precious to remember together. That’s why every cake smash session includes an updated family photo, allowing you to celebrate not only your child’s first year but also the joy and connection your family shares in this moment.

Booking your cake smash session early—when your baby is around 3 to 8 months old—gives us the special opportunity to make this milestone truly yours. Planning ahead lets us thoughtfully create a theme, colors, and style that reflect your little one’s personality and the joy of this precious moment. Scheduling the session when your baby is around 11 months means you’ll have these cherished photos ready to share with family and friends by their first birthday. Let’s plan something unforgettable together!
